Our Child Safety Commitment

At Mega Matrimony, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and trustworthy platform for individuals and families seeking matrimonial relationships. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child grooming, trafficking, or any activity that exploits or endangers minors.

This policy explains our commitment to child safety and the measures we take to prevent abuse on our platform.

Age Requirement

Mega Matrimony is intended only for adults who are 18 years of age or older.

  • Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account
  • Parents or guardians may create and manage matrimonial profiles for eligible adult family members only
  • Any account identified as belonging to, or being operated by, a minor for personal matrimonial use may be suspended or permanently removed

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Mega Matrimony strictly prohibits:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
  • Sexualization of minors
  • Grooming or solicitation of minors
  • Human trafficking involving minors
  • Any illegal, abusive, exploitative, or harmful behavior toward children
  • Any attempt to use the platform to facilitate illegal activities involving minors

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate action.

User Content and Conduct

Users must not upload, post, transmit, or share content that:

  • Exploits or harms children
  • Contains or promotes CSAM
  • Encourages illegal sexual activity involving minors
  • Facilitates child exploitation
  • Threatens the safety or wellbeing of children

This applies to:

  • Profile photographs
  • Profile descriptions
  • Messages
  • Images
  • Documents
  • Any other content submitted through Mega Matrimony

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users are encouraged to report any account, message, image, or activity that may violate this policy.

Reports may be submitted by contacting:

Please include as much relevant information as possible, such as:

  • Member ID (if known)
  • Profile URL or screenshot
  • Description of the concern
  • Date and time of the incident

Reports are treated confidentially and reviewed promptly.

Investigation and Enforcement

When a potential violation is identified, Mega Matrimony may:

  • Review the reported content
  • Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts
  • Remove offending content
  • Restrict platform access
  • Preserve evidence where legally required
  • Cooperate with law enforcement or competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws

Users found violating this policy may be permanently banned without prior notice.

Mega Matrimony uses a combination of administrative review, user reports, and platform controls to help maintain a safe environment.

Where appropriate, we may:

  • Review reported photographs
  • Review reported messages
  • Remove inappropriate content
  • Disable accounts that violate our policies
